First of all, welcome to our home page.

Sometimes I wonder, what is a company, what is a business? There are some who
define the company as a group whose sole purpose is to make money, to create wealth, and to provide products or services in demand.

However, I believe that an excellent and truly distinguished company can only be established on the foundation of its own unique culture or philosophy. A company should achieve its goals through a systematic cooperation of all employees that preserves each person's dignity and humanity. Throughout the process of achieving our goals, we must always be mindful and conscious of those around us; we must always maintain impeccable ethical standards.

The philosophy which guides our company is outlined below:

First, our primary goal is to create a company in which our employees are
         happy.
            There are many different kinds of people in our world; there are those who wish to
            achieve fame, wealth, power, stability, and/or knowledge. While those goals are
            important, our desire is to create a happy company that has an environment like a
            family, one in which we take care of each other.

Second, our company will always follow the path of truth and honesty.
            We want to create an environment in which our employees can always be honest
            and faithful to each other and to our customers. Every interaction, from beginning
            to end, with our employees and customers is founded on sincerity and
            truthfulness.

Third, our company rewards our customers with our best abilities and
          knowledge.
            We will always strive to possess the highest technological expertise so that
            we can provide the best design service to our customers with the fastest
            turnaround time. When our customers work with AlphaChips, they will feel very
            confident in our technical abilities. All of our interactions with our customers will
            be based on mutual respect and understanding. At every stage, we will always
            endeavor to provide customer satisfaction. Our customers will be impressed by
            our sincerity, our efforts, and our hard work.

Fourth, our company will give something back to our society.
            We will seek out and help those less fortunate than ourselves. Even though our
            abilities are limited, we will do everything in our power to assist them.
