ASIC F/E
AlphaChips has several engineers with 32 years combined ASIC Front-end experience from Samsung. They have completed more than 100 products since January 2002. They have performed several DFT services; all were first silicon pass. They also have the capabilities to handle both international and domestic clients.

Auto P&R
Our Auto P&R engineers have more than 36 years combined experience from Samsung. Our capabilities include a high-level gate count of 3 million, a maximum frequency of 160 Mhz, a pin count of 400, and a maximum chip size of 10,000 X 10,000 um2 -- all in 0.18 um technology. AlphaChips has a special capability in which we can offer new methodology and flow dealing with deep submicron design service.

Custom Layout
Our Full Custom Layout engineers have over 40 years combined experience from Samsung. They have completed over 200 projects since January 2002. Also, they can support fully digital and mixed-signal layout service. They have also supported the layout for several product fields, including LCD and RF. Of all the customers who use the Samsung FAB, we offer the fastest error-free TAT with smallest chip size.

Foundry
Although we have considerable experience with UMC, TSMC, Hynix, and ANAM, from December 2002, we will support only Samsung FAB Foundry.
